Film Synopsis:
In the 1970s, Korea is under the absolute control of President Park, who controls the KCIA, an organization with superiority over any branch of government. The KCIA Director, Kim Gyu-Pyeong, was the second-in-command who seemed most prospective. In the middle of Fears reign, former KCIA director, Park Yong-Gak who knows all about the governments shady operations, exiles himself to the US where the Koreagate investigation is ongoing.
