Film Synopsis:
Four people traveling in a van run into a lone woman as she walks in the dark on a country road. After loading him into a vehicle to take him to a nearby hospital, they noticed that he was behaving somewhat strangely. The occupants of the van soon realized that the time had come to fight for their lives, and together they agreed to one very simple rule: "Dont sit next to him."
