Film Synopsis:
Two young Chicago criminals, Tom Powers and Matt Doyle, rise from their poverty-stricken slum lives to become petty thieves, bootleggers, and cold-blooded killers. But with street fame and newfound wealth, the two feel the heat from the police and rival gangsters.
