Seven-year-old Sasha practices the violin every day to satisfy her parents ambitions. Already withdrawn as a result of her routine, Sasha quickly regains confidence when she accidentally meets and befriends worker Sergei, who works on a steamroller in their upscale Moscow neighborhood.
