Movie: The Taking of Beverly Hills (1991)
Film Synopsis:
A chemical spill has caused the residents of Beverly Hills to be forcibly evacuated. A retired football player left behind, discovers that the poison gas impersonated from the spill was a fake front for a heist set up by fired police officers to loot the city of all its valuables. Finding himself siding with a corrupt cop who was once apart of the plan until he discovers the towns mayor has just been charmed, by one of the main criminals responsible.
