Movie: Till Marriage Do Us Part (1974)

Film Synopsis:
Marquise Eugenia di Maqueda, an orphan raised by nuns, marries Raimondo Corrao, but on their wedding night she finds out that he is her older sister. The piece of news was in a letter written from Paris by their father, a woman who lived and hid from them in a French headtown. The couple decided, to avoid the scandal, to live as brother and sister. He would later leave for the war in Lybia, he would find solace and sexual satisfaction in the arms of the family chauffeur.
