Film Synopsis:
Jesús, a young hairdresser, works in a Havana nightclub for drag performers and dreams of becoming a performer himself. Encouraged by his mentor, Mama, Jesús finally gets the opportunity to take the stage. But when Angel, her estranged father recently released from 15 years in prison, suddenly enters her life, her world is quickly turned upside down. The macho angel tries to squash his sons ambition to perform. Father and son clash with their opposing expectations of each other, struggling to understand each other and reconcile as a family.
