Film Synopsis:
Crazy military and former CIA agent Dean Cage is in a rehabilitation program, trying to forget the traumatic disappearance of his best friend Scott in Bosnia. When he goes on a date with his girlfriend and Scotts sister, Detective Amy Knight, at a dine-in restaurant, he is mistakenly mistaken for a CIA agent investigating the robbery of a former military experiment by a man named Sullivan.
