Film Synopsis:
Kate Wolfe is a health and fitness expert. After being fired from Los Angeles most prestigious gym due to a disagreement in philosophy with new owner Nigel, who espouses a superficial approach to "looking good" that usually doesnt include health or fitness, Kate moves back to her small town of Silver Springs, WA to works at Sasha Jones Sasha Jones Wilderness Wellness Retreat. Her Hollywood cachet for being good at what she does caught up with Kate as a movie studio hired her to be a personal trainer for one of their stars to get him in shape for an upcoming film shoot. Kate was disappointed to learn upon his arrival that he was Rick Steele, with whom she had a run-in at a gym in Los Angeles. Star of the action movie franchise, super-spy Darian Hall, Rick will admit only to himself and his loyal agent Jared Munroe that he has let his health, fitness and looks slip in the last year and a half. Overcoming their initial animosity that was exacerbated by Rick not wanting to give up his unhealthy diet and lack of exercise lifestyle, Kate and Rick not only helped each other work towards their life goals, which for Kate included wanting to make a difference in their silver springs silver springs , they begin to fall in love, despite Kates policy of not dating clients. Jared has some stake in what happens between them as he can see that Rick is happy once again because of Kate, and as Jared himself begins to fall in love with Sasha.
