Marie is pregnant, but her relationship with her partner Serge is coming to an end. She decided to abort the child, and then separated from Serge. After a while she regained contact with her ex-husband, their affection for each other rekindled and Marie decided to continue with the pregnancy - even though she knew she would continue to be alone.
