Movie: Antonias Line (1995)

Film Synopsis:
After World War II, Antonia and her daughter, Danielle, return to their Dutch hometown, where Antonias late mother has gifted her a small farm. There, Antonia settles in and joins a close-knit but unusual community. The people around her include quirky friend Crooked Finger, potential suitors BAS and, ultimately for Antonia, granddaughters and great-granddaughters who help create a strong family of empowered women.
