Film Synopsis:
Henelotter ups the ante in the final installment of his trilogy by introducing a new member to the family: the potentially terrifying fruit of Belials horribly deformed loin. With the pair still enjoying the relative anonymity and comfort of their new found home (led by Grandma Roth), however things take a downward turn on a trip to Uncle Hals Georgia Clinic, leading to an encounter with a very evil redneck sheriff who is very evil, a very evil Redneck Sheriff who is very evil, and a group of equally blinkered men.
