Film Synopsis:
A man and his wife are terrorized by the mad scientist Dr. Callistratus was executed but was revived with a heart transplant. Together with his paralyzed assistant, Carl, an anemic mad scientist, believed to be a vampire, conducts blood deficiency research on the inmates of a prison hospital for the insane in order to maintain his return to life.
