Movie: Bug Buster (1998)

Film Synopsis:
After the mayor uses a potentially dangerous substance to protect a local plantation, the Lakeside town of Mountview, in California, is attacked by a deadly species of large cockroaches. After several of the towns residents are killed, the mayor enlists the help of eccentric exterminator General George S. Merlin to prevent further damage to local residents.
