Film Synopsis:
A horny citizen kills an unpopular Caribbean despot, then two men compete for his beautiful widow Ines. Ojeda is a steamy and isolated island, a penal colony for an oppressive dictatorship. A reactionary seizes the office of the murdered governor, and rushes to eliminate his romantic rival, an idealistic underling.
