Film Synopsis:
The adventures of two completely different beasts - a serious and economic otter and a restless cat. They met when the cat sought shelter from the rain in the forest. The otter rescues the cat, and they become bosom friends. The cat really wants to be famous and believes that everyone wants to be famous, but not everyone can admit it.
