Film Synopsis:
For more than a decade, parents Andy and Vicky have been on the run, desperate to hide their daughter Charlie from a shadowy federal agent who wants to take advantage of her gift. unprecedented to create a shot at a weapon of mass destruction. Andy has taught Charlie how to defuse his powers, which are triggered by anger or pain. But when Charlie turned 11, the fires became more difficult to control.
