Film Synopsis:
After the death of her husband, a mother takes her children to live with their grandparents in a large, decrepit old house. However, the children are hidden in a room directly beneath the attic, visited only by their mother who becomes less and less concerned with them and their failing health, and more concerned about herself and the inheritance she plans to win from her dying father.
