Film Synopsis:
Emily Walters is an American widow living a peaceful and uneventful life in the picturesque London village of Hampstead, when she meets the local recluse, Donald Horner . For 17 years, Donald has lived - previously but peacefully - in a dilapidated hut near the edge of the forest. When Emily learns her house is the target of a developer who will stop at nothing to remove it, saving Donald and his property becomes her personal mission. Despite his gruff exterior and polite refusal to ask for help, Emily is drawn to him - as is he - and what begins as a charitable cause develops into a relationship that will grow even when the bulldozers are near.
