Film Synopsis:
After the Cold War, a breakaway Russian republic with nuclear warheads becomes a worldwide threat. U.S. submarine captain Frank Ramsey signed the relatively green but highly recommended Lt. Cmdr. Ron Hunter to the USS Alabama, which may be the only ship that can stop a possible Armageddon. When Ramsay insisted that Alabama must act aggressively, Hunter, fearing they would start rather than stop a disaster, led a potential rebellion to stop it.
