Film Synopsis:
A group of four cops are known for roaming the streets of Stockholm in their van, looking for drunks or criminals they can beat down with their batons. Recently, witnesses saw them taking drunks who were later found dead. All four police officers denied any knowledge. Police Inspector Jarnebring gets a hold of the case and learns that these four cops have been reported for 22 cases of police brutality.
