Film Synopsis:
Charlotte Castang is a working class 13 year old girl, living in a drab, run-down neighborhood, and ready to grow up. His mother died giving birth to him, and he lives with his abusive brother and a father whose attention is elsewhere. His only friend is Lulu, a sick 10 year old child whom he considers a pest.
