Film Synopsis:
When in 1941 Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union, their troops quickly surrounded Leningrad. Foreign journalists were evacuated but one, Kate Davies, was presumed dead and missed the plane. Alone in the city he is aided by Nina Tsvetnova a young and idealistic police officer and together they will fight for their own survival and the survival of the people of besieged Leningrad.
