Film Synopsis:
Herman owes a lot of gambling debts. To pay it off, he promised the mob that he would fix the horse, so that it would not run. He intends to trick his animal-loving cousin Virgil, an apprentice veterinarian, into helping him. Of course, he didnt tell Virgil what he was actually doing.
