Film Synopsis:
The lights of fear, the big city when the monster High Ghouls make their way to Boo York! Cleo de Nile is invited to attend Gancys gala celebrating the return of a magical comet and, of course, she brings her wild animal friends. But their journey is not all fun and scary as Nefera, Cleos sister, uses the power of the comet for her cunning devious plans. Can the monsters unlock the mystery of the comet in time to stop Nefera?
