An eccentric 70-year-old widow buys The Windmill Theater in London as a post-slavery hobby. After starting an innovative ongoing variety review, which was copied by other theaters, they began losing money. Mrs. Henderson suggested they add female nudity similar to the Moulin Rouge in Paris.
