Movie: My Uncle Benjamin (1969)
Film Synopsis:
Benjamin falls in love with Manette, the inns beautiful daughter, but he has no intention of giving up on the young doctor until he sees the marriage contract, and the marriage does not match with Benjamins spirit of independence. For the same reason he rejected his sister Bettines attempt to marry him to Arabelle, the daughter of Old Dr. Minxit. Benjamin agrees to go and meet the girl. But that night his sister finds him at the inn together with Manette, who was captured by his father. So he decided to go with Benjamin himself. But as a result of the incident with the Fat Marquis paid for the expedition. Benjamin becomes the marquis target for an embarrassing practical joke. Benjamin is determined to take revenge. He succeeded thanks to the beautiful Vicomte Hector de Pont-Casse, who also helped Manette with his problems against his father. But Benjamin is now captured by the Marquis...
