This once-controversial British film filmed in 62 but released in 65 involves the distressed fiancee of an American heiress searching for her whereabouts between scenes of "Beatnik" Chelsea. Answers are hard to come by from the nihilistic hedonistic youth who knew him - but they provide mysterious clues to wild parties, sex, death and necrophilia.
