Movie: Natural City (2003)

Film Synopsis:
Two police officers, R and Noma, hunt the cyborg Renegade. Cyborgs are used as commandos by the military, as objects of lust and for companionship. Their normality has a limited lifespan of three years but black market technology is being developed to be able to transfer cyborg artificial intelligence into human hosts.
