Film Synopsis:
Paris, in the early 1960s. Jean-Louis Joubert is a serious but uptight stockbroker, married to Suzanne, a class-conscious woman and the proud father of two teenage boys, currently at boarding school. Rich men live steady but boring lives. At least until, by chance circumstances, Maria, the charming new maid in Jean-Louiss family service, makes him discover the servants quarters on the sixth floor of the luxurious building in which he owns and lives. There lived many living Spanish servants who would help Jean-Louis to open up a new civilization and a new approach to life.
