Film Synopsis:
Manson Law, a famous stockbroker in Hong Kong, is injured in a car accident. The police, led by Inspector Jack Ho, discover a military surveillance device in a car accident. Meanwhile, wiretap Joe Szema launches his far-reaching plan targeting the mysterious financial conglomerate, The Landlord Club.
