Film Synopsis:
Consumer products Mega Corporation Omni is still determined to create their pet project, Delta City, to replace the decaying city of Detroit. Unfortunately, the residents of the area had no intention of leaving their homes at the whim of the company. To this end, the OCP has decided to force them to leave by employing an army of ruthless mercenaries to attack and harass them.
