Film Synopsis:
When a beautiful first grade teacher arrives at the prep school, she immediately attracts the attention of an ambitious teenager named Max, who quickly falls in love with her. Max turns to the fathers of two of his school friends for advice on how to seduce the teacher. However, the situation soon becomes complicated when Maxs new friend becomes involved with him, setting the two best friends against each other in a war for his attention.
