Film Synopsis:
Udaka is a new, post-war city where corruption has taken hold. A persistent district attorney wants to catch and punish Katsumata, a laughing and confident thug. The D.A. Got an anonymous letter about suicide five years before city council member. Evidence about the case led D.A. to Tachibana, struggling to live after getting involved with the mob and a prison sentence for killing the man responsible for the rape and suicide of his fiancee.
