Film Synopsis:
During the reign of Emperor Tiberius, the Gallilean prophet John the Baptist preached against King Herod and Queen Herodias. The latter wanted John Dead, but Herod was afraid of hurting him because of a prophecy. Enter the beautiful Princess Salome, Herods inoffensive stepson. Herodias sees the kings dawning for Salome as a way of bending the King to her will. But Salome and her lover Claudius (contrary to scripture) approached conversion to the new religion.
