Film Synopsis:
In February 1962, as the civil rights movement reaches Bayonne, Louisiana, a New York journalist arrives to interview Jane Pittman, just 110 years old . She tells him her story that comes from her earliest memories before slavery ended. Among the chapters of his life, the current struggle of blacks in Bayonne, urged by Jimmy, is dramatized.
