Movie: Secret Summer (2016)
Movie Synopsis:
Assessor Rachel (Lindsey Shaw) receives news that her prominent client wants to buy the small towns beloved library in order to build a resort and spa on the land. Rachel is completely against the idea of ??leaving NYC but loses the argument to her boss. So Rachel packed her bags and flew to California. During his first visit to the library, he meets the author, Jake (Derek Theler), who is researching the story of Captain Black Barts hidden treasure for his next novel. In hopes of saving the library, Mrs. Archer (Rachel Ticotin), the librarian, encourages Jake to show Rachel what a library means to the city. Jake already has a lot on his plate with his research and taking care of his niece, Hailey (Chiara Aurelia), and nephew, Noah (Max Page), for the summer but he agrees to help.
