Film Synopsis:
Portugal 1813. A group of deserters, including Sharpes old enemy, Obadiah Hakeswill, have captured two women, one the wife of a high-ranking British officer, and made they are held hostage for ransom. Sharpe is given the 60th rifle and rocket troops, and the majority to rescue the women.
