Film Synopsis:
Beleaguered professor Ned Brainard has experienced a heap of misfortune with his discovery of the super elastic substance "FLUBBER." Now hes hoping to have better luck with a gravity-busting derivative nicknamed "Flubberga." Neds experiments, continually hampered by government obstruction, earn the consternation of his wife, Betsy.
