Shep Ramsey is an interstellar hero, righting wrongs, etc. His ship was damaged after a fight with an evil interstellar and he had to hide on earth until it could reload. He leaves his power suit at home, but still finds himself unable to allow mistakes to go unreasonable and mix it up with bad drivers, offensive criminals, muggers and the like.
