Film Synopsis:
After the Supreme Courts decision to ban the death penalty, California passes an initiative designating San Bruno Island as a dumping ground for convicted first-degree murderers, free to do whatever they want. they would rather but leave. The main convict camp is controlled by the tyrannical Bobby, who rules with an iron fist, and the women are used as sex slaves. A.J. And a group of freer assassins have fled and gone into hiding.
