Film Synopsis:
General Ahmed has started an army of inner-city people to try and ease the misery of the citizens of Watts. As the local population is placed under increasing pressure by mafia thugs, Ahmeds second Colonel Kojah requests permission to start a protection force to take more direct action. Ahmed feared that these protection forces would simply turn into vigilante gangs, and his predictions soon proved correct.
