Film Synopsis:
Ray Owens is the sheriff of the quiet US border town of Sommerton Junction after leaving the LAPD following a botched operation. After escaping from the FBI, a notorious drug baron, his gang, and hostages head to Sommerton Junction where the police prepare to make a final stand to intercept them before they cross the border.
