Movie: The Return of the Musketeers (1989)
Film Synopsis:
Its 1649: Mazarin hires poor dArtagnan to find other musketeers: Cromwell has overthrown the English king, so Mazarin fears a rebellion, especially from the popular Beaufort . Porthos, tired of wealth and wanting a title, signs, but Aramis, an Abbe, and Athos, a warrior raising an intellectual son, help Beaufort in secret. When they fail to stop Beauforts escape from prison, the Musketeers are expended, and Mazarin sends them to London to rescue Charles I. They are also pursued by Justine, daughter of the avenger Milady de Winter, their enemy 20 years ago. They must escape England, evade Justine, serve the queen, and secure Beaufords political reform.
