Film Synopsis:
Its a hot summer day in 1933 in South Philly, where 12-year-old Gennaro lives with his widowed mother and sick grandfather, who sat outside holding tightly to his last quarter, which he promised Gennaro and which Gennaro wanted to have to Buy tickets to the fancy new cinema. But Grandpa isnt ready to graduate the quarter or move on to his final gift: he has some unfinished business with a woman from his past, and he asks Gennaro to act as his emissary.
