Film Synopsis:
Regent Horthy was the leader of Hungary and an ally of Germany, but his favorable position with Hitler changed as the war ended. Forced to surrender control of Hungary or witness the execution of his son, Regent Horthy surrendered control of his country to the Nazis, who quickly moved the Hungarians to ghettos and death camps, without hope. But despair changes when a young man named Elek appears. Separated from his family during relocation and aided by the woman he loves, Elek defies his enemies by becoming one of them.
