Movie: Wilder Napalm (1993)

Film Synopsis:
Wilder and Wallace are brothers and pyrokinetics. Since childhood they were able to start fires with their minds but following a tragedy where they accidentally killed a man, the brothers have grown up very differently. Wilder had been a 9-5 Workaday Joe regular but Wallace performed the feat with a traveling circus.
