Movie: Beautiful Kate (2009)

Film Synopsis:
Ned Kendall is asked to return to the remote and isolated family home by his sister, to say goodbye to his dying father. Ned also brings along his young actress fiancee who is struggling with isolation. When he comes home he starts to have memories of his childhood which mostly involve his beautiful twin sister and his older brother. These memories awaken long secrets from the familys past.
