Movie: The Rite (1969)
Film Synopsis:
A judge in an unnamed country interviews three actors, together and alone, provoking them while investigating the pornographic performance they may be exposed to. Their relationship is complicated: Sebastian, volatile, drinks heavily, in debt, guilty of murdering his former partner, having an affair with the mans widow. She is Thea, High-Strung, vulnerable to fits, and seemingly fragile, currently married to Sebastians new partner, Hans. Hans is the leader of the group, rich, independent, and increasingly tired. The judge plays on the trios insecurities, but when they finally, in a private session with him, perform a masquerade called rite, they may get their revenge.
