Movie: Best Defense (1984)
Film Synopsis:
Wylie is a lazy engineer. Landry is a sergeant who specializes in armor. They have never met but their lives become entangled when Landry must take a Wylie-designed tank into battle. Wylie was waiting for his employer to go out of business when he met another engineer who gave him a disk with plans for a system that would save his employer. The other engineer died a short time later leaving Wylie with the disk and credit for the design.
